How to maintain:
Panel: Wipe with a neutral cleaner and soft cloth while still warm (not hot) after cooking, following the grain. For tough grease, soak with hot water + baking soda first, then use a nano-sponge.
Grates/burner caps: Soak weekly in hot water + dish soap, then scrub. Unclog burner holes with a toothpick. For heavy grease, “boil” grates in hot water for 5 mins, then scrub while warm.
